The 15th Conference of the Aseanian Membrane Society (AMS15) is taking place in Kuala Lumpur from 19–21 August 2025, marking a milestone in advancing membrane science and technology. With the theme “Membrane Innovation for Sustainable Solutions,” the conference highlights applications in water purification, desalination, gas separation, carbon capture, and healthcare.

Organized by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and MyMembrane, AMS15 brings together over 500 delegates from 29 countries, showing its international reach. Distinguished speakers, including Malaysia’s Deputy Minister of Higher Education, stress the role of membrane technology in addressing global challenges such as clean water access and sustainable industry.
Plenary Speakers
The program features keynote addresses, workshops, and poster sessions, encouraging exchange between academia, industry, and policymakers. Awards like the Young Scientist Award and Research Rising Star Award recognize outstanding contributions.
